In 1994, she was transferred to the post-ophthalmologist department of the Eye Microsurgery department in the Minsk Hospital of Traffic, where she underwent training in eye microsurgery.
In 1997, she organized the work of the office of fluorescence angiography and laser interventions.
From 1998 to 2004, she worked at the Optimed Laser Vision Correction Center of the joint Belarusian-American enterprise Excimerlaseroptic LLC in Minsk, as an ophthalmic surgeon, head of department No. 1
Since April 2001, she was transferred to the post of deputy chief physician for medical work. In January 2002 she was appointed chief physician of the Optimed Center.
In 2004 she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences on the topic "Axial laser keratomileusis as a method of astigmatism correction"
From 2004 to 2009 she worked at the International Center for the Protection of Igor Igor Medvedev LLC in Moscow, as the chief doctor and ophthalmic surgeon
